Everybody stop!

Congratulations to Mr Lansley for taking breathing space on the NHS reforms. Any reform requires support and this was clearly lacking in many sections of the NHS. As far as dentists go, I am aware that commissioning quality was hugely variable across England and that some dentists will be pleased to see the demise of their PCT. There is clear concern, however, over what will take its place and how it will work. Let us hope that there is dental input, including GDP input, on the new consultation group.
