Listening to customers. Big is best!
Is this the future of Patient Recorded Outcome Measures? Link. One of these set up in the car park? Don't tell the CQC. They might ask (tell) us to fund it. Hats off though to Deere (construction equipment manufacturers)for taking this approach and shouting it from the rooftops. Something to learn? (on a smaller scale!)
