This is delightful in it's simplicity. One man in India manages to solve the conflict between holy tradition and urbanisation. They used to give the first bread of the day to their cow. Now they have no cows, but this man comes round the houses, collects the bread and takes it to the cows. Everybody is happy.
There must be plenty of other niches which the globalised companies have failed to spot.
