Innovation plus Leadership = Innovation Leadership

It is great to see innovation integrated with leadership in this article originating from the US. Here in the UK we largely treat them as separate subjects, and for much of the time they are just that. However, it is obvious and overdue that the two are treated together. The ability to disseminate or make oneself aware of innovations elsewhere is closely tied to attributes that are shared with leadership. A great article.
